Leadership Academy

Leadership Academy was set up in 2008 to look into coordination of leadership training for the entire school and also planning and providing specialised leadership training to students who are selected to be further developed in the Leadership Talent Domain.
Leadership Training curriculum based on the Xinmin Leadership Competencies Framework (see Annex A) was crafted and carried out for all See 1 & 2 students in 2008 through the Character Education
A leadership video was also produced using stories, vignettes of ex-Xinmin School Leaders and community leaders from our Alumni shared in interview sessions to motivate our students to aspire to achieve like them.
Training workshops were also conducted for the Class Committee members of all levels to better equip them to carry out their responsibilities.
